I’m not someone who has everything figured out.

I’m someone who got tired of starting over.

I’m a mother of two and a multi-passionate creator who has spent the last decade growing through life—through relationships, business, self-discovery, and learning how to actually follow through on the person I know I can be.

For a long time, I knew what I needed to do…
but I wasn’t consistent.

I would get motivated, fall off, and then try again.

That cycle is what led me to create something different.

Not another idea.
Not another burst of motivation.

A system.

That system became SMILE:

• Stretch
• Meditate
• Implement
• Learn
• Exercise

I didn’t create it because I mastered life.

I created it because I needed structure that actually worked in real life—something I could return to, even on the days I didn’t feel like it.

At the same time, I began building something bigger:

Love Is the Diet — an immersive art experience exploring what we consume through touch, identity, systems, relationships, and environment.

Because I realized:

We are not just shaped by what we eat.
We are shaped by everything we consume.

Everything you’ll find here is a reflection of what I’ve lived through and what I’m still actively implementing.

This isn’t perfection.
This is practice.

This platform is my healing in action—rooted in real experience and built to help you create consistency, clarity, and self-trust in your own life.
